We begin by asking questions about who you are and how you live. Your answers provide us with the information necessary to create several general ideas with a corresponding preliminary cost estimate. You choose the ideas you like the best that fit within your budget. The end result is a final design that we work together to develop that responds to your lifestyle issues. This final design is used to generate a computer “tour” of the newly remodeled areas of your home. You now have a good idea of how your new project will feel and how much it will cost.

Design

The design phase brings all of the details of your project to life. The building permit drawings are prepared for review by all of the trade contractors who will be working in your home.  All material selections are made and identified. Exact project specifications incorporate the fixtures and finishes you select. A detailed project is presented with a base project price. You choose options, if any, you desire that will enhance your project at a predetermined price for each option.

 

Build

Dreams and ideas now become reality. We take special care to maintain the security of your home and family. We protect surfaces that will remain and erect barriers to minimize dust and weather penetration into existing areas of your home. You will meet craftsman who excel in their trade and treat your home as if it was their own. The design time spent in the Concept phase and the attention to detail in the Design Phase allows your project to be done with the highest level of craftsmanship in the shortest time span possible.
