Major Home Remodel

These projects involved remodeling a significant portion of the entire house and may have also included additions to expand the floor plan of the house. 

In many cases, our Customers purchased a new home in Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Glendale, Brentwood, Ladue, Clayton or surrounding areas.  These Customers loved the neigborhoods, community, and the architectural and historic character of the home, but wanted to modernize and organize the interior to better suit the needs of their family.

While it was not required, several of our Customers elected to move out of their house for the duration of the construction.  This allowed us to complete the project in about half the time, thus allowing the customers to endure only a short period of inconvenience.  But depending on the extent of the project, temporary services and levels of protection would have been established, allowing the Customer to remain at the home with a minimal amount of inconvenience.
